Wonderful staff of Nurses, CNA's & Management. Great Team Players and their care of the residents is excellent!

Cons

In times of short staff it is difficult to staff facility which required current to staff to pick up extra shifts which in hand is a rough work life balance.

Multiple facilities in the San Diego area.

Cons

Genesis shows no respect for employees needs. Salary freeze for 6+ years. Difficulty in using PTO. Holds employees to non-compete clause in contract preventing them from continuing employment in facility where the Genesis contract has been lost.

many facilities, was able to work locally.

Cons

Awful management, my supervisor would not allow me to use my vacation time and asked me to work the weekend instead! Then after changing status they claimed they did not need to pay out my EARNED vacation time! So I was left from almost 60 hours of accrued time to zero.
