      Residents and floor nurses were wonderful and kind.

      Cons

      Management was just a clique full of workplace bullies.

      Pros

      I was able to get hired at a CFY, gained good experience working with the adult population, and it was a good place to start my career.

      Cons

      Productivity expectations were very high. Some facilities the nursing and kitchen staff were not helpful and difficult to work with. Some facilities had less than ideal conditions for the residents, which was difficult to see.

      Very nice facility. Great management. Great coverage. Great team to work with. A lot of opportunities for work.

      Cons

      May have to travel to other facilities to provide coverage. Benefit package could be better.
