      Pros

      Nationally known health care provider. Offers free continuing ed credits.

      Cons

      Difficult to take time off and difficult to make productivity requirements of 85%. They expect additional hours from their employees, but do not offer any added incentive(s). Received 1 raise in 5 years. The company seems more focused on dollar signs versus the quality of care provided to their patients. Benefits not great.

      Danger- Run Away as Fast as You Can!

      Pros

      You will meet very caring coworkers who will become your friends. You will encounter patients that will give you a smile.

      Cons

      The company is publicly traded on the NYSE, every time the stock dips, cuts are made to care. Cost saving measures are only made from the bottom up. Fewer RNs, fewer LNAs, more regional VPs. If you do your job too well, they reward you with someone else's. They tout the ability to move within the company, false. Administrations cares too much on dollars and cents rather than common sense and care.
