      plenty of residents to be seen

      Cons

      depends on the nursing home that you are at and how well the nurses respond to their patients. Some would not give the residents their medicine so therapy had to wait to see them and slow everything down.

      Pros

      I love making people laugh and smile. I enjoy making sure their breakfast tray has everything they like on it just to try and assure their day is a little more enjoyable.

      Cons

      I wish that sometimes we were treated with a little more respect from the residents than we might receive. We are always here to help them to the best of our ability.
