      Pros

      You can get all the overtime you want. All shifts are usually available. You can always pick up shifts from other nurses.

      Cons

      Salary scale is very poor and is not competitive for years of experience in the Healthcare field. It causes high rate of turnover.

      You need overtime because you get paid nothing. Staff is rude don't care about anything Building is dilapidated and run down
