      Pros

      Like any place, this could be an experience that could encourage one to continue working in nursing homes. This place appears professional.

      Cons

      Work hours have been cut with an increase of workload. Benefits and various supplies/equipment are not generous in comparison to other places this writer has worked.

      The buildings were neat and very clean.

      Cons

      They nickel and dimed you every minute. They wouldn't give me 20 hours/week because then they would have had to have given me benefits. If I needed to be off, no matter how much notice I gave, they would require me to find my own coverage.
