Raises of 1.5% are insulting for the amount of work, exorbitant healthcare costs/copays, no match for 401k, no tuition reimbursement, no incentives whatsoever! Resident complaints of poor food quality disregarded. Insufficient supplies. No recognition for nurses' week. Poor staffing.
