This job has provided me with a very flexible schedule, great co-workers to collaborate with, a supportive team that is willing to help, and a great patients to work with each day.

Cons

We can struggle getting enough therapists for each of our buildings sometimes.

The team working with has been a great experience and the support is very much appreciated.

Wishing that caseload can be distributed so that it is not PT heavy and that OT has somewhat an equal caseload.
