Great rehab team Flexible work hours

No raises in over 5 years They take away PTO/vacation days They made it harder to accrue time off They only care about their bottom line They give you 2 paid holidays and tell you that you can only take 3 days off around Thanksgiving and Christmas… with the holiday being included as 1 of the 3 days (despite the fact that it is an actual paid holiday). Minimal minimal compensation during the pandemic… making you use your own PTO/ vacation when you were not allowed to work if you came in contact with someone who tested positive while at work (understandable if this was outside of work). The lack of proper pay for therapists.

My coworkers in the therapy department were the best thing about the job.

Cons

No raises in at least 6 years, no holidays unless you ask to have it off but have to use PTO for the day if you want to get paid, they don't reimburse for any CEU courses, no overtime, no bonuses, census and caseload are low so you have to use PTO to equal your hours for the week then you don't have any left for days off or vacation, they only care about money and not the residents or staff.
