Pros

It is a job. Patients are nice. Building does not smell like other nursing homes. Staff take great care of patients.

Cons

Staffing is terrible. Administrator and DON expect staff to work EVERY day because of no staff. No incentives for picking up extra shifts. Insurance is terrible. You will be mandated to stay over at least once a week. Pay is low. Raises are poor. Don’t even attempt to work here of you have a family.
