Thank you for sharing your feedback with our team! We're sorry to hear that you have felt frustrated due to a lack of support re: merit increases here at Powerback.
We've recently changed our policy on how merit increases are calculated, which I'd like to share with you. Thanks to staff feedback, in February 2025, our HR team announced that annual performance reviews will now be tied to potential merit increases based on individual performance and overall eligibility, taking into account prior year rate increases. We're thrilled to share that Powerback full-time staff AND part-time staff are eligible, again, depending on individual performance and overall eligibility.
If you'd like more information on this new process, please reach out to your appointed HR representative– they'd be happy to help point you to the best path to help you best understand the guidelines for this new procedural change.
