Residents are wonderful and sweet

Cons

Some staff especially supervisors staff works together to cover up mistakes and force cnas to rewrite incident report to match what they want so they can look good and on top of things but it is not so at all.

Genesis is a company based in a deep sense of integrity and the delivery of excellent care. They have grown from a very small group of dedicated individuals to a megacorp of healthcare. This has lead to multiple improvements for the company and its people

Cons

Too much too fast. Genesis' financial situation is alarmingly fragile and they show no sign of stopping their pattern of purchase and run.
