Unsafe place to work, very danger, some very mean people in management. I worked in few Genesis facilities and it was same everywhere. They do not care about patients at all same about employees. They do not keep staff and they always have lot of open positions. That tells you right away everything about company. They always somehow have very mean people for management positions who favorize small group of their people and rest of the employees leave in fear of that small group. If you do not have other choice do not work for them.
