I loved the placement I was at, I got along great with all my coworkers. I was able to learn a lot of new things right out of school.

Cons

Company is too big, there is no personal connections within the actual company. They're too big and only care about their income, not so much for the low guys on the totem pole who are making their money.

I've had a really great experience with some really great staff. The administration is honestly really open door, I wouldn't feel intimidated or unwelcome to walk into any of their offices and voice a concern or just say hello, they're all very visible. There are some really great resources and I haven't had any issues thus far.

Cons

All homes are different so I can't speak to the other homes. The health insurance benefits offered arent all that great
