Pros

Pretty good pay with room for raises. Taking time off is great as my DOR is very good with scheduling and advocating for us all when needed.

Cons

No holiday pay. Next year they will be removing the only 2 Holidays (Christmas and Thanksgiving) we get. We will then be required to take the day off if we want it off.

Lied about nurse/pt ratio. Stated 12-1, changed to 16 to 1 then said 20 to 1 if we’re short. Subacute and acute pets.

Flexible scheduling, lots of opportunity to work overtime since they're so understaffed

Cons

Understaffed, doing work thats not in your job description, admin doesn't care for their employees, poor moral, major safety concerns, low pay, no communication between admin and staff
