Overall group of staff is great to work with. Ok beneifts.

Cons

Recruiter promised lots of training and competitive salary, not the case. Just ok benefits, but thankful to have them. Upper management very vague and not helpful.

Pros

just a source of income, most of the staff are a pleasure to work with. Good Aides and nursing staff.

Cons

Always short staffed especially 3-11 and 11-7. No incentive to work short or come in and help out. Sometimes one Aide is scheduled for sixty residents in 11-7. Sometimes nurses have to fill in as Aides.
