I've worked in healthcare for 11 years with prior experience at Huntsville Hospital with no complaints. After moving to a facility closer to home, Genesis River City Center. Poor health insurance yet expensive. Poor management. Management encourages patients to file grivences. Management threatens staff with turning them into the state. Not staffed well. 80% of staff recently left. Operating on 20% of staff currently requiring staff to fill in openings. Not enough supplies for nursing care, like dressings and wound care, crush cups for meds, specimen containers, respiratory supplies.... No hangers for patient clothing. Roaches found in halls and rooms. Patients consistently complaining on food quality.
