Great clinical experience, rehab team and nurse practitioner some of the best in the business.

Cons

Poor management, terrible i mean terrible benefits. Pay is less than standard for what they expect of nurses.

Pros

Clean overall atmosphere. Competitive salary good benefits. Opportunities for upward placement. Physicians communicate well with nursing and residents to provide the best optimal care for the resident.

Cons

Overall concern centers on numbers and profit. As a result patient care is floundering. Lack of respect between nursing, staff; and management demonstrates nepotism ( a lot of bullying in this organization). CNA's are insubordinate and chastise guest, residents and are argumentative in front of guest and residents about responsibilities of individualized care. There is a high turn over in staff because of the unreasonable demands and lack of organization within the management team. Staff are overwhelmed and unable to meet the demands in a timely manner and residents are getting the short end of the stick because of it.

No one single thing. The best pro I can give is the day I quit.

Cons

Everything. They don't treat anyone with respect from housekeeping to RN's, LPN, Aides no one. They treat the administrative with less respect because they are not unionized.
