Overall concern centers on numbers and profit. As a result patient care is floundering. Lack of respect between nursing, staff; and management demonstrates nepotism ( a lot of bullying in this organization). CNA's are insubordinate and chastise guest, residents and are argumentative in front of guest and residents about responsibilities of individualized care. There is a high turn over in staff because of the unreasonable demands and lack of organization within the management team. Staff are overwhelmed and unable to meet the demands in a timely manner and residents are getting the short end of the stick because of it.
