      Pros

      Other than a few compassionate employees...not much else. Nurse Center Executive is a wonderful asset to the company.

      Cons

      Nurse to patient ratio regarding acuity of patients is overwhelming, DON who is complacent and does not intervene for staff, Administrator runs the facility like a school yard bully in a corporate suit.

      Pros

      I like the hours, the travel time was good and working with some of the people made the day somewhat enjoyable.

      Cons

      I knew the first day I was there that it wasn't a pleasant place to work but I lasted 9 months. No work/life balance and if you never worked before in healthcare it isn't a job to do.

      It's a paycheck, I guess.

      Cons

      Unethical, bullies, unreasonable policies for requesting PTO. Requests are rarely granted and they do not pay out vacation when you leave, many have lost thousands in EARNED PTO $ because they were never allowed to use it before it either expired or they finally gave up and quit. CEO makes frequent conference calls only to criticize or deliver bad news. There is no incentive to take pride in your workplace.
