Pros

I have excellent coworkers. Current pay is reasonable. Vacation and personal days are interchangeable and flexible. I can choose my daily schedule and work around things.

Cons

Cutting vacation days by 2 per year starting in April in order to "save money." Wireless infrastructure is pitiful, which leads to difficulty with documentation. Communication between Rehab/Nursing is poor, and inclusion of therapy staff in events for whole building is made to not feel welcome. Vitality2You program needs restructuring to make it viable and helpful for rehab staff.

salaried ----but lost money each year due to higher medical and dental insurance plans which was a major reason many people left the company

Cons

No real raises... more than a days work in a day...spent lot of time there on my own time working. No real support upper management had no clue on what was going on in the department off site. They get rid of good people and keep people who play games on their computer and treat the ones who really do a good job like poo. SO POLITICAL !!!!! and talk about how many times they have been sued for neglecting patients... and other reason..... not a good company at all.
