This place was understaffed, the management didn't seem to do much when there were issues. Back BREAKING work and no not your typical nursing home back breaker. AGAIN understaffed, I still have nightmares about working there and having to take care of dozens and dozens of people alone. Too many agency workers coming in over time with bad attitudes and having no idea where to go or what to do. Mandatory overtime is a real thing and it will probably give you a heart attack. There should be a LAW against having an every day understaffed nurse and CNA team when having to work mandatory overtime. It was bad for my family, my mood, and my health to work here.
