Pros
It is good to have a job to go to everyday, especially now when so many people are out of work.
Cons
Extreme work overload, extreme stress, understaffed, extreme budget cuts at the expense of residents and staff, no time for lunch breaks, no money to properly feed residents, equipment not in working order, staff not properly trained, management not proactive, no help, special treatment for certain shifts and certain depts.
