Business Outlook
Pros
Company investing huge capital into equipment, facility upgrades, and manager salaries. Very little micromanagement. A ton of freedom to initiate positive procedures and unit level processes.
Cons
Little oversight from administration at the unit level to monitor equality of division of labor between department heads and department assistant directors. As result, some assistants are leaving. Very low hourly wage for dietary aides and cooks make assistant director work 12-14 hour shifts in production regularly.
