      Pros

      It was a great place to work. Case load is about 8 patients. Nice and clean environment. Small building, so every employee knows each other. Co-workers are very friendly. Entry level CNA will earn 12/hr during the week and on the weekends they will receive 15/hr. That was the best entry level pay I have heard of in NJ.

      Cons

      If a co-worker (CNA) called out, your case load would increase significantly. Staffing did not do a good job with finding replacements.

      Pros

      I have worked in a couple of buildings and had a great experience. Attentive and caring manager. Area manger was also very approachable and down to earth. I have even seen area manager work in the buildings to treat patients when someone was off. The facility I worked at is contract so genesis had no control on the nursing care there but rehab was great.

      Cons

      I am surprised to see some very negative reviews. Has to be some disgruntled coworkers. Nothing unusual about the productivity requirements. I did not get a lot of pressure if my productivity was low once in a while but they expect it to not be low all the time. Time off process is a pain but I did get some last min request approved as well.
