Poor work environment, employees are overworked, equipment is outdated, management is over paid and expects too much from over worked staff... not a positive happy work environment. The whole work day is a lie leading into the next day of over promised lies from management. You can only accomplish so much with broken, out dated equipment... very poor communication with upper level management returning phone calls, and emails, but you are expected to call, email, etc...

Poor salaries, time off, and vacation opportunities, especially around the holidays which contribute to high turnover. Constant problems with computer connectivity which negatively impacts ability for POS documentation.
