All about the bottom dollar...

Pros

Was right off the highway. Decent commute. Co-workers were great, for the most part.

Cons

Terrible communication between Supervisors and Directors who for the most part are not in the same office as staff due to the Sun Acquisition some years ago. RCM model became more about time limits and the bottom line as opposed to listening to staff and their needs in accomplishing their jobs. Health care premiums are ridiculous for a Healthcare company. No 401K match for years now, no cost of living raises whatsoever. Sad for such a large company. Bonuses for CEO and CFO, etc. but nothing for anyone else.
