      Pros

      I enjoy the people I work with. Good benefits, live CEU course and online CEUs, paid membership to your association, paid second state license.

      Cons

      Low hourly wages, low or no annual raises, very micromanaged by upper management.

      Pros

      the team I built was the only pro; salary was adequate; gym space in this building was very large

      Cons

      expensive health insurance; upper management was not supportive; the employees were allowed to bully other employees; the staff member being bullied was the one to be terminated; DOR was expected to do 4 hours per day of patient care and run a department with 6 full time staff and a caseload of 35 to 45 patients; the number of meetings and conference calls cause the DOR to work 14 hour days;

      Pros

      If you can use it, they do offer a lot of PTO. They have a lot of facilities.

      Cons

      Good luck using your PTO. PTO requests constantly denied & you use them or lose them. Company does not care about their employees or patients. It's all about money.
