Pros

Very structured, a lot of resources, free online education, management in my building for the most part is very supportive....overworked but supportive...well except one who is very rough around the edges.

Cons

They need to bring up the starting salary for clinical staff....constantly short staffed because no one will work for the salary....building is older....they need to bring things up to todays standard. I cannot afford to get the insurance for my family.....with my salary I would owe the company money. They will not even throw in a couple of thousand dollars to let the staff have a Christmas Party somewhere other than the facility. It would really help with employee morale.

Pros

Free continuing ed courses, guaranteed scheduled hours, flexibility within the week (ie. you can work on a weekend to cover for a day, work longer one day and less another day, make your own hours)

Cons

WORST BENEFITS, annoying emphasis on productivity, not great pay, no raises (there are minimal raises about every other year that amounts to about 50 cents IF you "performed well")
