Pros

Sign on bonus, benefits almost immediately althogh expensive for single person.

Cons

Roches, roaches, roaches. This place is filthy, there is no leadership and the administrator is clueless and sides with terrible employees. There us no DON or ADON in this building. Lots of clicks, gossip and immaturity. The environment at this place is toxic, until that is changed alot of intelligent, talented, employees will continue to go out the door.

Pros

They have a high regard for clinical competency. They have some people in the company that really care. trying to be better

Cons

Not very appreciative. Long days and hours with no thank you. No recognition for things done well. Bonuses cut, health benefits very high and lower payer compared to competitors. You give 150% they want 200. Communication from the top is very poor. Poor in between departments as well.

None!! This company is money hungry!

Cons

Bought the nursing home I work for & it's gone down so bad! Only time they care is if state is in the building. They're late on paying everything. Accept any resident even if they should be in a mental home. Residents have ridiculous sorry meals! Go cheap on fixing anything wrong with our building! No regards for staff! Benefits are trash! Always a pay freeze! Promise bonuses for extra shifts worked but won't pay If it wasn't for the residents I love, I would leave & never look back
