      Reliable thoughtful colleagues -- site dependent

      Cons

      Low pay per industry standards and practice setting Uncompensated training and travel time -- GRS would not compensate me for training I underwent to get a certification so that I can expand rehab services for them. GRS does not give employees any holidays and requires employees to go to work during natural disasters Very poor opportunities for career advancement Denies career advancement opportunity to women of color at least at my site.
