      Cost of benefits package has skyrocketed. C-suite is out of touch and a tad too wealthy. Negligible annual increases.

      sadly i can not give any realistic pros.

      The employees there especially 1st shift are mean and rude and crude. they have no personality, they make people literally quit their jobs because they are just not nice at all. they act like high schoolers, that job is extremely petty, the management SUCKS !!!!! they do nit care about their employees whatsoever !!! the pay SUCKS for everything they want you to do and everything we have to go through. its sad that i have all these cons. the company itself is extremely cheap why i don't know when ghc is one of the biggest company around. oh and the mandation is ridiculous they dont care about hiring employees so they mandate you to stay and work a whole other shift because they lack on hiring people it took them MONTHS! to hire people.
