Pros

DOR was respectful and I enjoyed my coworkers.

Cons

Awful company with no respect for employees. Forcing clinicians to take on patients who are not appropriate or cutting hours to save money. Severely underpaid for the work provided.

Pay rate was at low-end for experience and position in comparison to other healthcare companies, no raises, no upward movement, dead end.
