      Pros

      Powersolv is one of the best companies I have worked with so far in my career of 10 years during which I have changed employers thrice. You are encouraged to be innovative and provide suggestions which are actually accepted if they are good enough to improve efficiency. Cool work atmosphere and opportunity to get exposure to trending technologies.

      Cons

      Work fine for me, none worth mentioning.

      I find the transparent and collaborative work environment at Powersolv very encouraging. I am working at this enterprise for around 5 years and have had no cause for complaints. There are good career growth opportunities.
