      Pros

      Open door policy. No internal politics. High visibility from top management. Hard work is rewarded. Many opportunities to learn, grow and travel the world. Meals prepared in house. Cafeteria provides tea/coffee on demand and not the machine tea but the real stuff. Office parties are so much fun.
