Pros
Hard working co-workers and flex time for most departments. easy to get to and short commute. Plenty of parking
Cons
Plan on a very short career! Most people either leave or are fired within 2 years. Very hard to find someone who has worked there for more than 5 years. the company constantly changes directions and focus. once you are feeling comfortable with the "latest" trend, the company will switch directions. Anyone who voices concerns or questions anything is labeled "negative" and told they don't fit in with the "culture". the CEO has a need to be the center of attention and can be very mean to individuals. There is a lot of bullying that goes on. Think very hard before accepting a job.
