Pros

The company has a very tight feeling. I'm close to my team and always excited to help out wherever it's needed. I know a lot of employees take pride in their work for PV and many feel they are contributing to the company's bottom line

Cons

There is a lot of work to do and not enough people to do it. Benefits are also very expensive.

Not a goog place to build a career. It's all about who likes you. Not all employees are treated the same.
