Wow is all I can say

Pros

A lot of hard working people who really care about the quality of the work they do. Free lunch once a month! Heart of a leader seminar.

Cons

Leadership stinks!, Supervisors and team captains are nothing but snitches!. If one doesn't like you none of them do! Its like attending high school all over again. No focus on quality only quantity. Production requirements are a joke. They preach team concept, you are only a part of the team if you agree with management, if you not then you are bullied into quitting or "at willed".

Sorry that PV is not a good fit. We wish you the best wherever you end up in your career. If you really are a current employee and do wish to leave PV, please see HR within the next 2 weeks and they will arrange for you to sign some paperwork that will enable you to receive a severance package with 4 weeks of pay.

Pros

The dress code, listening to ear buds while you work.

Cons

The work environment is just bad. You never know from 1 day to the next if you will have a job. The CEO is a joke. I have never worked for such a train wreck in my life. The turnover rate is unreal. I would scrub floors before ever working there again.

Pros

This is not your normal boring company. Believe it or not, the employees actually do a line dance in the middle of the afternoon on many days--even the CEO joins in. Leadership is very involved and supportive. They invest in a 2 day positive energy seminar that is great--not just for work but gave me lots of tools to help with my family. There is definitely teamwork on our team. Everyone seems to come to work with enthusiasm to make a difference for our clients--even on Monday morning. Last year we met our big goal (WIG), so they took the entire company (and families) to the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin for a weekend. My family had a blast.

Cons

People who want to just punch a clock don't fit in well. They get frustrated and irritated with the energy and enthusiasm that comes from a lot of the employees and leadership.
