      The students are very appreciative of the help they receive.

      Cons

      The management loves to micromanage, they will criticize you for making errors even when you're still in training, I've had management make threatening comments about my 6 month evaluation for silly reasons, nothing will be done if you have a complaint. This school feels like a prison.
