A great place to start off and get experience. There are a lot of dedicated employees that goes above and beyond their job description. Benefits are the best I've ever had plus there are tons of days off built into your work calendar.

Cons

You have to be apart of a "clique" in order for you to advance. I've seen some people work their butts off and never get a promotion. Some people have been in their position for 10+ years with no promotion. The pay is pretty low for your position, plus you have more duties then your actual "Role." Alot of interdepartmental communication issues,

Some of the most awesome people work and go.to school here.

Cons

Most supervisors areally out of touch and extremely lazy. Often put more on workers then turn around and refuse raises. Thenot they require more from the workers than they are willing to give credit for. Like most places politics play a heavy role in advancement. If you are not about cliques and just want to do your work and be the best at your job. It doesn't work out for anyone who desires to move up the ladder.
