The pros of this position are lots of free time. Specific deadlines, but you get to decide when to actually do the work. Working with college freshman. Build up your management experience. Very laid back and not too stressful most of the time,

Cons

Lots of last minute meetings. You are never really off, students bang on your door at all hours of the day and night. You must live a certain lifestyle because you are always being watched, you live where you work. You cannot spend more than 5 nights away from the property. There are lots of nighttime events that you must attend.
