Pros

If you need lots of hours, they will give it to you. Easy to get hired Free safety shoes

Cons

Poor training. After 3 days of safety training, they will just throw you on the manufacturing floor and hopefully the operator and assistant operators will train you. Mandatory overtime. Every week it is often they will schedule everyone to work 6 days a week. If there is rework that needs to be done they will ask you to stay an additional 4 hours or come in 4 hours early the next day. I've seen operators scheduled 12 hours per day 6 days a week because they are short on staff. Facility gets hot in the summer. It is actually hotter inside than outside but atleast they provided a large water-cooled industrial fan per machine.
