1. Great for early career individuals to gain knowledge and experience for building their aviation career 2. Medical benefits is great. 100% coverage 3. Friendly co-workers 4. Always have a direction/goal in works and projects with clear deliverables and how to get here 5. Very focus on goverance and compliance 6. Diversity

Cons

1. Career progression is quite slow 2. Salary increment not “wowing” 3. Engineers not as recognised compared to other deparments
