On top of that they promote a great work life balance, flex time, as well as lots of paid time off, and 2 bad weather days a year. Besides that the have a large number of projects that you can choose to work on, and you are not stuck on a project just because your direct manager isn't in charge of certain contracts. And they aren't laying people off because of the clowns in congress, they are actually hiring. No they didnt pay me to write this, I just switched from a large defense company where I really just felt like amoney vehicle, and you don't get that feeling at Praxis. Everyone even the CEO knows your name once you start

I have not yet had a problem while working here and if there was, management works quickly to resolve them.
