      Good benefits and great comradery amongst lower ranking employees

      Cons

      Poor upper management that singles out and berates employees in meetings, improper power structure where upper management skips PMs, removal and lack of morale activities, no job security and no notice of layoffs, favoritism and heavy nepotism, there is no care for employees and all contact between HR/upper management and other employees is strictly AI generated

      Every GOVCON talks about their 'culture' but very few actually pull it off. Precise Systems is one who got it right. A plain-language, transparent, and common sense culture that puts PEOPLE first is what I've experienced in the past 4 years. With 20 years of exposure to the industry, I can say with confidence that Precise is number 1 in terms of employee treatment and responsiveness. Our small, human issues are taken seriously by management and we're provided with a range of flexible solutions that don't impact work/life balance.
