      PM support, and agreed compressed work schedule.

      Cons

      Too big of a company to focus on in their employees, not personable at all. Minimum annual raises given even at the lowest percentage past for position in order to spread it out across the company as a whole. Insurance has increased every year, with no pay increase to support.
