Pros
* Some (but certainly not all) team members were pleasant to work with.
Cons
* Onboarding and training was abysmal or non-existant. What little bit did exist was frequently outdated or incorrect. * Despite having many layers of testing, there was a serious issue with quality. * To the last point, the mantra "there's never time to do it right but there is always time to do it over" seemed to be frequently adopted. As long as things quickly moved across the board quality did not matter. * Upper management frequently spent time "slinging" code instead of doing upper management things. * Communication was horrendous.
