Some good people. Unlimited vacation time is nice.
Cons
Benefits aside from the vacation policy are a joke. Company policy is basically to do absolutely anything possible to increase perceived profit. From having one person do the work of three, to cutting coffee and holiday activities, the leaders are nervous penny-pinchers who just don't want to make waves else they get cut.
