      Pros

      Benefits like the time-off policy and openness to remote work are pretty nice, but do not appear unique when compared to other software or data companies.

      Cons

      The company is always pushing to automate a process and remove humans from the equation, so it should not be a surprise that teams are staffed as thinly as possible to keep things going along. This is an issue at all levels of the company and I can not think of a single co-worker who is not doing the work of what used to be 2+ people.
