- Salary - Team members - Facilities

Cons

Please hire capable managers rather than promoting them to the Director level. Firing innocent employees will not serve the purpose, better fire liabilities r from top management and then see the difference

The company vision, senior leadership, cutting edge technologies

Cons

Managers especially in India think themselves as owners of the company. Managers dont work at all and treats reportees as labourers. Many managers are incompetent and dont have any technical or leadership skills.
