      Work life balance is good. Taking leaves as break for mental peace is appreciated by Managers Great opportunity for internal mobility also

      Cons

      Just one con in my head currently that is the Salary Package. I am yet to figure out how compensation can be increased after discussion with my manager. So it is an unexplored area for now.
